From our first conversation, she treated us with compassion, professionalism, and genuine kindness.  We were trying to coordinate the relocation of our 96 yr old mother from Texas while she was in Florida, facing an extremely stressful and time-sensitive situation after being displaced from her previous assisted living facility. Mary took the time to truly understand our family's unique challenges and immediately went to work finding solutions.  She helped us find Shekinah Glory Assisted Living, which has been an incredible blessing.  Every person there has been welcoming, compassionate, and dedicated to providing excellent care. What truly set her apart was that she didn't stop after helping us find a new home.   Knowing we were hundreds of miles away, she arranged for a wonderful gentleman to carefully pack our mom's clothing and personal belongings, deliver them to her new residence, empty her room at her former facility, and even donate the remaining furniture.  She solved problems we didn't even know how to begin solving from another state. Throughout this entire process, she was responsive, reassuring, resourceful, and genuinely cared about our mom's well being.  She turned what could have been an overwhelming crisis into a smooth transition, giving our family tremendous peace of mind. If you are looking for someone who combines expertise with true compassion, you simply will not find anyone better.  We will always be grateful for everything she did for our family.
